Walk through your home, speak each item, and track it until it's gone. This guide covers everything from first capture to spreadsheet sync.

Capture an Item
Open the app. You start on the Capture tab. Pick your room, then speak or type an item.

Voice: Tap the mic and say something like "sell router fifty black Netgear" — the app parses the category (sell), price ($50), and item name automatically.

Type: Or type it in the text field. Same format works: donate winter jackets closet

Room: Select the room from the dropdown at the top. Tap + to add new rooms.
Voice shortcut words: sell / list / flip → Sell. donate / give away → Donate. trash / toss / dump → Discard. keep / store → Storage.

Categorize, Price & Confirm
After entering an item, pick a category. For sell items, set the condition and price. Then confirm.

A
Category: Tap one of the four designations. Sell items show the condition and price fields.
B
Condition: Required by most marketplaces. Tap the appropriate level. Only appears for Sell items.
C
Price & Confirm: Enter or adjust the price, then tap Confirm Item. The item enters your backlog.
Speed target: Each item should take under 5 seconds to capture. Speak, tap category, confirm. Don't overthink the price — you can change it later.

Browse Your Items
Tap the Items tab to see everything you've captured. Filter by category or status.

Copy Listing & Update Status
Tap a sell item to see its detail. Copy the listing text to paste into Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, or Mercari. Update its status as it progresses.

Export to Google Sheets
Tap the Stats tab. Export your data as a CSV file, then import it into Google Sheets on your computer.

Export CSV: Tap the green button. A file downloads to your phone. Email it to yourself to open on your computer.

Setup Guide: Tap to expand step-by-step instructions for importing into Google Sheets and connecting the sync. You only do this once.

Manage in Google Sheets
On your computer, import the CSV into Google Sheets. Edit Status, add listing URLs, update prices. This is your management dashboard.

Status column: Change "new" to listed, sold, donated, discarded, or stored. Use lowercase.

ListedURL column: After you post an item to a marketplace, paste the listing URL here. This is how the app knows where the item is advertised.

Platform column: Type the marketplace name: FB Marketplace, OfferUp, Mercari, Craigslist, etc.
Highlighted cells show edits you've made in the Sheet. These changes sync back to the app in the next step. The app only reads changes — it never overwrites your Sheet.

Sync Changes Back to the App
After editing in Sheets, go back to the app's Stats tab and tap Sync Now. Your changes appear instantly.
First time only: Publish your Sheet as CSV (File → Share → Publish to web → CSV format), then paste the URL into the app and tap Save URL.

Every time after: Just tap Sync Now. The app fetches the Sheet, finds changes, and updates your items. Status, condition, price, listing URL, and platform all sync.
The full loop: Capture in app → Export CSV → Import to Sheets → Edit status & listing details in Sheets → Sync back to app. The app and Sheet stay in sync, and you manage the selling workflow from your computer.
